Australian Effect provides Recognition of Prior Learning RPL pathway, AE handles the identification, assessment and acknowledgment of all the knowledge, skills and experiences you have gained, through formal, informal learning.

AE recognises that delegates may provide work experience, on job training or short courses you have attended, in addition to formal qualifications. The RPL assesses and formally recognizes these skills against current Australian benchmarks and units of competency regulated by the training and education authorities:  The Training Accreditation Council (TAC), The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

We have alliances with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), as well as local and international institutes grouped by the relevant industry, some of these are: Sydney Academy,  Australian Skills Assessment Institute (ASAI), Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI), Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Club Managers’ Association Australia (CMAA) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
